1Accepting These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Rocket Digital Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the DecorAI mobile app and website (together, the "Service").
By opening, browsing, or using the Service in any way, you confirm that you have read and agree to follow these Terms. If any part does not work for you, please do not continue using the Service.
2What DecorAI Does
DecorAI is an interior design app that lets you reimagine any room in your home. With DecorAI you can:
- Snap or upload photos of your living spaces
- Choose from a wide range of design styles to see your room in a whole new light
- View stunning design ideas generated just for your space
- Save your favorite looks and share them with friends or family
You can enjoy DecorAI on iPhone, iPad, Android devices, and in your web browser.
3Your Account
Some features require you to set up an account. When you do, you agree to:
- Give us truthful and up-to-date information
- Keep your account details current if anything changes
- Choose a strong password and keep it private
- Take responsibility for everything that happens under your login
- Let us know straight away if someone else gets into your account
You need to be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Service.
Subscriptions & Payments
Trying It Out
We may offer a free trial so you can explore premium features. If you do not cancel before the trial wraps up, your chosen plan will begin and you will be charged automatically.
Premium Plans
Unlock all features with a subscription. Your plan renews on its own unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the current billing cycle ends.
Who Handles Payments
All charges go through one of these trusted processors:
- Apple iTunes — for subscriptions on iOS
- Google Play — for subscriptions on Android
- Stripe — for payments on the web version
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time. On mobile, head to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings. On the web, visit your account page. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
Refund Requests
Refunds follow the policies set by Apple, Google, or Stripe, depending on where you made the purchase. Please reach out to the relevant store or payment provider for refund help.
5Content You Upload
It Stays Yours: You keep full ownership of every photo and image you submit to DecorAI. We make no claim to your content whatsoever.
Permission We Need: When you upload a photo, you give us a limited, non-exclusive right to use it only for generating your design results. Nothing more.
How Long We Keep It: Your uploaded images are automatically removed from our servers after 90 days. We never repurpose them for training, advertising, or anything beyond delivering your designs.
Your Responsibility: You are the one who decides what to upload, and you confirm that you have every right to share that content with us.
Things You Must Not Do
When using DecorAI, you agree not to:
- ×Submit photos you do not have permission to use
- ×Share content that is illegal, abusive, or inappropriate
- ×Try to take apart, copy, or tamper with the app or its code
- ×Use the Service for anything unlawful or unauthorized
- ×Break any laws or regulations that apply to you
- ×Disrupt, overload, or interfere with our servers or systems
- ×Pretend to be someone else or misrepresent your identity
- ×Harvest other users' information without their permission
- ×Run bots, scrapers, or automated tools against the Service
- ×Introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful software
7Our Intellectual Property
Everything that makes up DecorAI — the app itself, its original content, features, and underlying technology — belongs to Rocket Digital Limited and our licensors (apart from the photos you upload, of course).
Our brand, trademarks, and creative work are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of our marks or branding without getting our written approval first.

8Important Disclaimers
DecorAI is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not make any guarantees — expressed or implied — about the Service, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a specific purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.
We cannot promise that DecorAI will run without interruptions, remain free of errors, or that every issue will be resolved immediately.
The design ideas you receive are creative suggestions, not professional interior design advice. Actual results may differ, and we recommend consulting a qualified professional for major renovation decisions.
Limits on Our Responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, Rocket Digital Limited — along with its directors, staff, partners, agents, vendors, and affiliates — will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, lost revenue, lost data, lost use, loss of reputation, or other intangible losses that may arise from:
- Your use of, or inability to use, the Service
- Actions or content posted by any third party within the Service
- Any material you access or download through the Service
- Unauthorized access to or changes made to your data or transmissions
10Ending Your Access
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account at any time, without advance notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
Once your access ends, you will no longer be able to use the Service. Any sections of these Terms that are meant to survive termination — such as ownership rights, warranty disclaimers, and liability limits — will continue to apply.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without reference to conflict-of-law principles.
Should any dispute arise from these Terms or your use of DecorAI, it will be handled by the courts located in Hong Kong.
12When We Update These Terms
We may adjust or rewrite these Terms whenever we see fit. If we make meaningful changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
If you keep using DecorAI after changes take effect, that counts as your acceptance of the revised Terms.
